Kapel Farms
WHAT WE DO!
Kapel Farms has been producing Specialty Coffee for the past decade in Guatemala and El Salvador. Our farms are strategically positioned in key coffee producing regions in both countries. In Guatemala Finca Los Caballitos is located in the northern area of the Ixil Triangle in the Department of Quiche. Finca Santa Paula is located in the Cobán Region close to the village of Pocolá in the Department of Alta Verapaz. In El Salvador both Finca Patagonia and Los Naranjitos are situated in the are of Concepción de Ataco in Auachapan. All these regions have their own micro climates that insure best of class results of the varieties grown; Bourbon, Caturra and Pacas. Finca Los Caballitos has recently started a Geisha project in the highest areas of the farm at 1,600 meters (5,280 feet).
